Let’s take a look at how the ‘Host Family Members’ function works

Step 1: Go to Accommodation > Accommodation Search

Step 2: Type in Host Family Name

Step 3: Go to Family Members Tab on Family Profile

Step 4: Click ‘Add Entry’

Step 5: Enter All necessary details of Family Members

Step 6: Fill in necessary Police Check and Expiry Dates

Step 7: Click Refresh

Step 8: Repeat for each family member

What are the benefits of having such a feature in your CMS?

When sending a host family profile to a new student that has been allocated, the system will load all the necessary details onto the document (including family members, gender, age, occupation, etc.), so you don’t have to copy and paste all the details onto the email before sending.

All host family member details are stored under the Host Family profile, with easy access and a simple function to add new members.

This feature also allows for an unlimited number of relationships beyond the traditional husband, wife, son, or daughter.

The system also alerts the school when a family’s police check is due

The system provides helpful alerts for important dates such as police check renewals and upcoming 18th birthdays for family members. Moreover, when sending a host family profile to a new student, the system automatically populates all necessary details to save time and reduce administrative tasks.
